Fell topology
The Fell topology on $\mathrm{CL}(X)$ can be regarded as a hit-and-miss topology with subbase $$\{U^- \colon U \in \tau\} \bigcup \{V^+ \colon X \setminus V \mathrm{\hspace{2pt} is \hspace{2pt} compact}\}.$$
